Ingredients | Thai Chicken Satay With Peanut Sauce Calories½ cup soy sauce½ cup lemon juice¼ cup peanut butter6 cloves garlic, chopped2 tablespoons curry powder1 tablespoon brown sugar1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce6 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into chunks6 (10 inch) skewersDirectionsStir soy sauce, lemon juice, peanut butter, garlic, curry powder, brown sugar, and hot pepper sauce together in a large bowl until marinade is well-combined. Place chicken in the marinade and stir to coat.
